GTR Companies was founded in 1967 by George H. Thomas Jr., a retired officer from the United States Air Force. His dream was to help people in his community achieve homeownership, a first for many in the local area. With dedication and strong people skills, George established the George H. Thomas Real Estate Company Inc., successfully helping hundreds achieve their dreams with a growing team of realtors.
As the company evolved, so did the need for home and auto insurance in the community. In response, Auto Insurance Mart was established in 1977. George believed in not only providing access to insurance but also educating the community on its importance.
With continuous growth, the company expanded into property management, leading to the formation of GTR Management.
A company focused on connecting great owners with great tenants.
Although Mr. Thomas has passed, his legacy lives on through his son, Cameron Thomas. GTR Companies continues to grow and adapt, but our commitment remains the same: to serve multiple communities by insuring what matters most to those shaping our future.

Cameron H. Thomas
President, CEO
Cameron Thomas, a native of Omaha, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration. Cameron has dedicated his career to building dreams and inspiring lives.
Kathy Thomas
Vice-President
Kathy Thomas is a dynamic and high-performance communicator with over 18 years of experience in real estate sales. As a licensed insurance agent and Realtor, Kathy has closed over $50 million in career transactions.
Cameron Thomas II
Real Estate Sales Associate
Cameron Thomas II represents the third generation of the Thomas family to hold both a real estate and insurance license. Since 2020 he has been an integral part of the property management department at GTR Management, bringing expertise in investment properties, rentals, and multi-units.
Saraf Rudloff
Real Estate Sales Associate
Sarah Rudloff is the newest agent at GTRSALES, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to helping clients buy and sell homes. With a background in Business Administration from Southeast Community College, Sarah combines her academic knowledge with a passion for real estate.

Chinwendu Nwinye is an avid investor and seasoned realtor, licensed since July 2009. With a deep understanding of the real estate business, he excels in handling property repairs, rehabilitations, multi-units, cash flow analysis, business development, and commercial spaces.
